Sunday 19th July 2020
Back for another year by popular demand, the SFCA have managed to secure tickets to Blackpool Pleasure Beach for Stockport's Foster Carers, their families and support network!
Free Wristbands are available to SFCA Members, their birth children (under 21) and Looked After children.
Discounted Wristbands are available costing £15 each for friends and family should you wish to invite others along to the Pleasure Beach.
Covid-19 and Social Distancing
Blackpool Pleasure Beach have put a lot of Safety Measures in place ahead of their re-opening, in order to observe Social Distancing rules. You can read more about their new policies and procedures by clicking below. This will open up in a new window.
Some attractions require riders to wear Face Masks. It is recommended that each person takes 2 Face Masks with them on the day.
Changes for 2020
Due to the current situation with Covid-19 there will be a number of changes to be aware of when deciding whether to take advantage of this years event.
The Pleasure Beach will operate at a reduced capacity in order to observe Social Distancing. Sadly this year there will be NO Non-Rider tickets available. Each person entering the Pleasure Beach must have a Wristband. This does not mean however that you must go on the rides, but it does mean that this could impact how much the event costs the SFCA.
Collecting your Wristbands
The Pleasure Beach will be operating 'Contactless Entry' and there is no ability to queue for your Wristbands on site as per previous years. Instead this year you can collect your Wristbands on the 19th July from the car park at Tesco Extra in Stockport. Further information will be shared over email once you have booked your place(s). Collection in line with Social Distancing Guidelines.
